Driver Pay and Incentives

• Hourly pay up to $29.00
• Tips that often average $100 per charter
• Monthly bonus program for qualifying drivers
• Long-term loyalty bonuses
– 3 percent after one year
– 5 percent after three years
– 10 percent after five years
